Affiliate Registration Terms and Conditions

Approval: Your affiliate registration is subject to approval by Interschools, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to promote Interschools and its services using the provided affiliate link or promotional materials. You are responsible for promoting Interschools in a manner that is ethical, legal, and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting Interschools as an affiliate. This includes but is not limited to laws related to advertising, marketing, privacy, and intellectual property rights.

Ethical Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all affiliate-related activities. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to promote Interschools or obtain referrals.

3. Affiliate Commissions

Commission Structure: Interschools may offer commissions or incentives to affiliates based on the referral of new users, customers, or transactions. The commission structure, rates, and payment terms will be specified by Interschools and may be subject to change at our discretion.

Payment: Affiliate commissions will be paid out according to the payment terms specified by Interschools. Payment may be made through electronic transfer, check, or other payment methods as determined by Interschools.

4. Intellectual Property

Use of Materials: Interschools may provide affiliates with promotional materials, banners, logos, and other resources to facilitate their promotional activities. You agree to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting Interschools as an affiliate and not for any other purpose.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the promotional materials and content provided by Interschools shall remain the property of Interschools or its licensors. You shall not modify, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior authorization.

5. Termination

Termination: Interschools reserves the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate conduct. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions or incentives.

6. Amendments

Changes to Terms: Interschools may amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Interschools website or notifying affiliates via email.

7. Governing Law

Terms and Conditions for Students Registering with Schools Listed on Interschools

These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and enrollment with any school listed on Interschools. By registering for a program or course offered by a school listed on Interschools, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Enrollment

Eligibility: You must meet the eligibility requirements specified by the school for the program or course you wish to enroll in. This may include academic qualifications, age restrictions, or other criteria determined by the school.

Registration Process: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided may result in the rejection of your application or termination of enrollment.

Acceptance: Your registration and enrollment are subject to acceptance by the school. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrollment at its discretion.

2. Payment and Fees

Tuition and Fees: You agree to pay the tuition fees and any other applicable fees specified by the school for the program or course you wish to enroll in. Payment terms, methods, and deadlines will be provided by the school and must be adhered to.

By registering for a program or course with a school listed on Interschools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not proceed with registration or enrollment.

Terms and Conditions for Schools Listed on Interschools

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Interschools and schools listed on the Interschools platform. By listing your school on Interschools, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Listing and Registration

Eligibility: To list your school on Interschools, you must be a recognized educational institution with the legal authority to offer educational programs or courses.

Registration Process: You may register your school on Interschools by completing the registration form provided by Interschools. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Approval: Your school's listing on Interschools is subject to approval by Interschools, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any school listing at our discretion.

2. School Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your school, including program details, tuition fees, admission requirements, and contact information.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing educational institutions in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to laws related to advertising, marketing, privacy, and intellectual property rights.

Quality Assurance: You agree to maintain high standards of educational quality and integrity in all programs and courses offered through Interschools. This includes ensuring qualified faculty, appropriate resources, and effective teaching methods.

3. Program Offerings

Program Availability: You are responsible for ensuring that the programs or courses listed on Interschools are available as advertised. Any changes or updates to program offerings must be promptly communicated to Interschools.

Accurate Descriptions: You agree to provide accurate and informative descriptions of your programs or courses, including curriculum details, learning outcomes, and any prerequisites or requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in course materials, content, and resources provided by your school remain the property of your school or its licensors. Interschools acknowledges your ownership rights and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior authorization.

5. Fees and Payments

Listing Fees: Interschools may charge listing fees or commissions for the inclusion of your school on the platform. Payment terms and conditions will be specified by Interschools and must be adhered to.

Transaction Fees: If applicable, Interschools may charge transaction fees or commissions for student enrollments or purchases made through the platform. These fees will be deducted from payments remitted to your school.

6. Termination

Termination: Interschools reserves the right to terminate or suspend your school's listing on the platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate conduct.

Changes to Terms: Interschools may amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Interschools website or notifying schools via email.

8. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ICC. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ICC .

By listing your school on Interschools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not proceed with listing your school on Interschools.
